I have taken delivery of our new bed today and just wanted to drop you a note to say that we've been very impressed with Cannock beds.
Our salesman in your Edinburgh store (Keith) was really helpful and patient, the delivery went without a hitch, the bed itself was easy to put up and looks and feels great :)
I was especially impressed that I got a call an hour an hour before the delivery arrived. It's these little things that stops a delivery from being quite so stressful.

“I was disappointed when my leather bed came with no fittings pack. I called your Customer Service number with little hope as I have dealt with internet companies in the past which ignore you for as long as possible. The lady that I spoke to (didn’t get her name) took my details and promised that I would have a return call within the hour. 30 minutes later there was a knock on my door and a young man presented me with my leather bed fittings. There is always a risk in your mind when you whip out a credit card to pay someone you have never met or even heard of until an internet search ago.
With your company the fear did not last long as you were quick to acknowledge my order and delivered exactly on time.

I just wanted to say a great big thank you for your advice and service. Having taken delivery of a mattress on time, and in perfect condition, I then found the mattress too firm for our requirements. I have a slipped disc and ordered a memory foam mattress on the basis of advice from others. When I called you to explain our problem, i spoke to XXXX on the phone who could not have been more helpful. Not only did he listen to my sorry tale (wife ordering mattress and then moaning to husband that it's not helping - 2 sleepless nights and marital strife), but he arranged collection of the mattress and a full refund, all of which were covered within your 7 day guarantee. I say this only because I have dealt with other companies who profess to have a 'no quibbles' guarantee, only to find that there are multiple conditions and small print which prevent you from returning the goods. Not only do you stand by your guarantee, but your adviser offered me further advice on what types of beds to try out and suggested consulting my chiropractor for advice - all with no obligation from XXXX to order a replacement.
Thanks again - I am off to consult my chiropractor, bounce on some beds in bed shops, and then will be back to you to order my chosen mattress
